At Café Ultimo in Copenhagen, the cuisine is inspired by Italy and only fine, fresh ingredients are used - small delicacies, pasta and pizza prepared in a stone oven according to traditional old Sicilian recipies.

The round building has been used for a variety of purposes since it was originally bulit in 1883. It has been a dance hall, hippodrome, panorama and pastry shop.

The architecture has been preserved, although the interior decoration is absolutely 20th century. Light streams in from all sides including from above giving the room a unique atmosphere.
