KUNSTEN's café
KUNSTEN’s café has allied with the chef Mikael Kopp Christensen, who former was master chef at among others Svinkløv Badehotel and Brøndums Hotel in Skagen. Mikael Kopp Christensen has moreover written more cookbooks and is a board member of I Bocuse D`Or Denmark.
The result is a menu card that focuses on delicious ingredients from Northern Jutland where you can enjoy both air-dried pork from Skagen, cold smoked salmon, mushroom soup and a wide range of regional cheese together with homemade Danish cookies and chocolate. It is not only the visitor at the museum that can enjoy the café – the café has free entrance for everyone.
