Silk Embroidered tablecloths, open cabinets and Christmas tables
In December the doors of the museum cabinets from the 16th– 17th century will be opened and reveal the secret world of mirror cabinets. During the Christmas month there will also be an exhibition of silk embroidered linen tablecloths, conducted by Danish noblewomen in the 16th century. In The Great Hall a lavish Christmas dinner table is laid, which gives visitors an insight into how a Christmas dinner may have looked in the 1600s.
