The DGI-House Aarhus
DGI-huset (the DGI House)
DGI-huset is a place where everyone may exercise sport. A "cutting card" (including 10 'cuts' ) is necessary to get permission to use the different activities. The card is electronic but not personal so everyone may share it.
Activities:
Badminton, bodytoning, boxing exercises, dancing aerobics, funk, gymnastics for 3-7 years old children, indoor soccer, climbing, pilates, powerball, puls step, salsa, jumping & playing for the 8-12 years old, step basics, exercising with weights, thai-boxing, and training for older people.
Facilities:
Rhytm Hall, Ball Games Hall A, Ball Games Hall B, Jump Hall, Climbing Hall, Hall D, Activity Room, 5 meeting rooms, Weight lifting room and Café.
The whole DGI-hus may be rented for conferences, events and business arrangements.
