ARKEN Museum of Modern Art


Only 20 kilometers south of Copenhagen lies ARKEN, Denmark's newest museum of modern art.

At ARKEN, visitors can experience world class art and architecture. ARKEN’s permanentexhibition contains Danish, Northern and international art from 1990 onwards. An entire room is dedicated to the British artist Damien Hirst.

The museum exhibits varying exhibitions, showing art from young talents as well as the greatest modernist artists.

ARKEN also has a unique shop, offering books and designer gifts.
