Divide the lecture
When you have a potentially heavy lecture or presentation with a lot of Power Points.
Ask the lecturer before hand to incorporate a break into his lecture to give way for the opportunity of reflection. Use this break for mini-meetings or a reflection paper.
Why involve your meeting participants
Active involvement makes meetings more valuable because:
- It helps you make better decisions
- It increases networking and knowledge sharing
- It engages and motivates the participants
