Divide the lecture

Meetings in Denmark
Purpose: to ensure that participants can have enough energy to join in all the time during the lecture and not get tired and absent.

When you have a potentially heavy lecture or presentation with a lot of Power Points.

Ask the lecturer before hand to incorporate a break into his lecture to give way for the opportunity of reflection. Use this break for mini-meetings or a reflection paper.

Why involve your meeting participants

Active involvement makes meetings more valuable because:

  1. It helps you make better decisions
  2. It increases networking and knowledge sharing
  3. It engages and motivates the participants
