Gedebjerget - Sæby

Gedebjerget is according to the legend named after the Viking Chief "Gjede" who used the "mountain" as observation post to look for ships to get objects to his piracy.
Gedebjerget is situated raised above Sæbygård Forest with a view of the sea, the town, the forest and Sæbygård Castle.
You only have to follow the path from the wooden pavilion "Skovlyst", pass the tennis courts to the stone showing at the right towards Gedebjerget.
When the area is covered by snow in the winter the place is suitable as skiing and sledge hill.
