Hjerteblod - Djursland - Estjutland

The Heart Blood sculpture is a tribute to Grenaa honorary citizen, Professor August Krogh who received the Nobel Prize in particular for his studies of blood flow through active muscles.The symbolism is clear. Bente Wulff's sculpture from 1990; a heart-shaped granite place with a conical heart, and a sequence of veins that move outside the main stone. Bente Wulff graduated from Aarhus Academy of Fine Arts in ceramics and sculpture
