Høstemark Observation Tower

The tower called Høstemarktårnet stand by the edge of the original marshlands in Lille Vildmose. Here, red deer roam free to graze on the vegetation, thus keeping unwanted birch tree growth in check.

The Høstemark Observation Tower is one of the best ways of spotting the golden eagles as they soar across the breathtaking wilderness. You might also spot kestrels and hen harriers hunting across the plains. You are more likely so see predatory birds on the hunt when the sky is clear and there is little wind.
