At Fru Larsen you can enjoy professionalism, cosiness, pampering and world-class food. In 2013 the hotel has been nominated for the “Bo&Spis” prize of the year by Den danske Spiseguide.
The star chef Tommy Friis (Cook of the year 2010 and the winner of the prize Kartoffelprisen 2009 and 2006) compounds the plain and elegant menu with all due respect for the taste nuances of the ingredients and with inspiration from the Nordic cuisine. It is possible to choose a gourmet menu or à la carte and enjoy the food in the cosy restaurant with a fire in the fireplace, antiques, magnificent design and an obliging staff, who value the personal experience.
It is possible to stay in one of the 16 individually furnished rooms, which, among other things, are inspired by the romantic Paris, the America of the colonial time or the modern minimalist style with luxurious materials. Several rooms have a fireplace and a bath tub, and all the beds are equipped with comfortable Wonderland mattresses. Naturally there are also dressing gowns and slippers for the guests. Consequently the comfort is first-rate.
