Krastrup Søgaard is a 36 hectares (1 hectare = 10.000m2) farm and started with beef cattle in 1992. In November 1998 opened Krastrup Søgaard Farm Shop.
The range of products in the first year was not as big as today, but it's along the way become a somewhat larger range which spans everything from 500g minced meat to "take away" dinners, for up to 350 people.
From the very beginning we have worked with old-fashioned production methods, and we are constantly aware of the quality of our products.
Our meat is allowed to hang and mature, our smoked products are smoked in a real way and we produce all our products from original recipes.
We are undergoing a rapid development and our products are sold far and wide, of course we hope that we can hold on that development and we will continue to maintain high quality products.
