By mail boat through Nakskov inlet. The Albuen is a long curved peninsula - one of the rare places where nature decides. But during the Middle Ages the Albuen was the centre of one of the largest herring markets in the country.
On our way out we see Slotø with the ruin of the oldest naval dockyard of the Nothern countries - and deliver the mail for Vejlø and Enehøje.
The way home is partly on foot (approx.7 km) and by bus.
The nature guide arranges many different tours around and in Nakskov inlet.
The tours are advertised in the daily papers or mentioned in the leaflet "Grønne ture" (green tours of the county).
