Speaking of innovative meeting designs; the creator of the successful Brain Food concept, Radisson Blu Hotels, has now launched a new Learning Experience Concept. Dubbed 'Experience Meetings' by Radisson Blu Hotels, the concept supposedly harmonizes meeting & event essentials and promises to deliver high-end products and services.

Experience Meetings launched in early October 2012 at 255 Radisson Blu hotels with a total of 2,200 meeting rooms in 55 countries in Europe, Middle East and Africa - including all Radisson Blu hotels in Scandinavia.  More than 10,000 employees have been 'Experience Meetings' trained.

Radisson Blu’s New Experience Meetings concept offers:

New websites with planning and booking facilities, including an interactive search engine and list of meeting space in 3D.

Quick response time and follow through on offers

Brain Box – a new and unique breakout room concept.  The meeting room has a flexible furniture layout, like movable lounge chairs, cushions, adjustable light systems and special tools like walls that you can write on.  A room to inspire creativity.

Free Wireless Internet to all meeting delegates – WiFi 100 MB

Brain Food – An innovative and responsible food & beverage solution developed by skilled chefs and nutritionists from Scandinavia.  Brain Food serves well balanced and primarily locally sourced low-fat & low-sugar items: meat, fish, whole grain products, fruits and vegetables that keep the guests’ blood sugar level constant and help them stay concentrated.
