Welcome in the 300 years old Royal Privileged Inn.
The old inn of Norsminde has a history that dates back to 1693. Today the ’Norsminde Kro’ inn – with charismatic chef and innkeeper Søren Pedersen at the helm – is one of Denmark’s high seats of gastronomy.
The produce for the Brasserie and the Slow Food restaurant is mainly of local origin. Vegetables from the Organic Garden in Odder and other suppliers, meat from the local village of Solbjerg, fish from the inlet, berries from their own fields, and so on.
The Slow Food restaurant is open Thursday-Saturday from 19.00
