Questions for the speaker
On larger traditional meetings and conferences, where participants are allowed to ask questions to the speaker afterwards.
On tables at the conference pieces of paper are laid out; Paper on which the participants can write their questions and/or comments to a speaker. The fascilitator at the conference can go around collecting the questions and pool them together to present for the speaker.
