At lunchtime, we serve traditional dishes with an emphasis on Danish open-faced sandwiches, which in modern interpretations are brought up-to-date both in style and serving.
Our evening menu features simple and flavoursome dishes with an international touch.

Organic produce and animal welfare are very important to us. Our views of how we source our produce and treat our surroundings are strong. We love Danish ingredients, preferably from local sources – but only if they are the best available. Once a week we send a car to Paris after world-class specialties and vegetables. Flavour is paramount.
