The restaurant at Sinatur Hotel Storebælt

Enjoy a delicious meal at our light-filled restaurant affording panoramic views of the scenic Great Belt. We offer exciting culinary delights based on local and organic ingredients. Our menus change throughout the year, based on the produce that is in season.

We have been awarded “Det Økologiske Spisemærke” (the Organic Food Label) in silver, which is your guarantee that 60–90% of all our food and drinks are organic. 

Consideration for the climate and the environment forms a large part of our DNA, which is also reflected in our kitchens. In addition to shopping locally and organically, we also have our own herb and vegetable garden, apple orchard and beehives, which we use in our cooking.

Everyone is welcome to dine at the restaurant Monday-Thursday. Friday and Saturday are reserved for larger parties with 10 people or more. During the summer holiday, the restaurant is open to everyone Monday-Saturday.
