Roholte Church

The Roholte Church was built by King Christoffer of Bavaria in the year 1441.
This occurred shortly after the landowners had introduced serfdom and the farmers were extremely dissatisfied. Fear and unrest prevailed, and so religion became a central point.

In approximately 1700 Christian V. donated the church to Merete Urne from Lindersvold, as thanks for the services of her husband in the war. In 1953 the church became independent.
