The evaluation matrix is a method to make the participants think about what they have gained from a workshop or seminar. Through the exercise, accept and learning is increased.

The evaluation matrix is a method to make the participants think about what they have gained from a workshop or seminar. Through the exercise, accept and learning is increased.

When:

E.g. at the end of a seminar when there is need for collecting the output of the day.

Materials needed:

Block-papers and felt pens for each group

Best suited for:

2-30 persons

How to get started:

- Spread the participants in groups of 2-5.

- They will now have 10-20 minutes to fill out the blocks below this text (possibly with other categories) and encourage each other to reflect over the output of the seminar.

- In the end the groups will shortly sum up the most important features from their block to the other groups.
