Guiding the Nordic-centred cuisine at Haraldskær is our dedication to flavour. Our simple seasonal dishes are crafted from house-made specialities and prime produce, often rediscovering the riches of forgotten local ingredients. Our culinary philosophy is at one with nature, our very best friend.
The menus are composed on a daily basis from the best of local produce. 2 courses DKK 295, 3 courses DKK 375, 4 courses DKK 445, 5 courses DKK 525
We offer a number of delicious lunch menus. We also often offer savoury lunch buffets with many homemade specialties. Price DKK 230 per person.
The Danish Veterinary and Food Administration has awarded all of Sinatur’s six hotels the Bronze eco-label, which signifies that 30-60% of produce used in the restaurants is organic.
