VejleMuseerne - Vingsted Historic Workshop
Vingsted Historic Workshop and Iron Age environment is an educational cultural centre for schools and visiting groups – but the Iron-Age settlement is open to all visitors. The Iron Age environment consists of a settlement of reconstructed Iron Age dwellings with living workshops.

The Iron Age environment is surrounded by forest, meadows and a lake. The area is open to the public, although visitors should show due consideration for any on-site activities. Vingsted Lake is one of the nation’s most interesting historic sites where weapons were sacrificed during the Iron Age.
The buildings by Vingsted Mill feature living workshops for heritage crafts and an exhibition on the heritage and natural history of the Vejle Ådal valley. Vingsted Mill consists of the old main watermill building, stables, a barn and the Vingsted Assembly Hall.
To reach the Iron Age settlement follow the signs from Vingsted that say ”Jernaldermiljø”.
