Vigsø Church

Vigsø Church in Thy is a charred village church, the oldest part of which is from Romanesque times (12th century).

Vigsø Church has a distinctive wooden altarpiece, which shows the gate of the kingdom of heaven.

The church is dedicated to Saint Peter.

The church consists of a nave, choir, porch and bell gallows.

The choir has a lead roof, while the rest of the church is covered with tiles.
