Vintage train ride
The train looks as a typical branch line train from the 1930s or 1940s. The carriages are made of wood with open platforms and are from the beginning of the 20th century; they are from various private railways around the country.
The branch line trains are pulled by the once very modern diesel locomotives or by one of the small steam locomotives.
The adventure begins before the journey does: the train staff wears authentic, old uniforms, and the tickets sold and checked are of the old cardboard type. The train driver whistles when you depart, and the locomotive repeats the signal before the train starts moving.
The journey is on the beautiful old railway between Vojens and Haderslev, stopping in Styding and Hammelev.
