Vintagetrain for Children

Do you know the locomotive ”The Turtle”?

The Turtle and his friends are living with The Vintage Trains of North Sealand at the old railway station in Græsted close to Gilleleje. During the weekend “Vintage trains for children” the steam locomotives are riding with individual faces. All children are invited to look at vintage trains, play with them and ride them.

At the station you can enter a real live steam locomotive.

In the engine house you can play with trains: build a handsome Lego-locomotive, join the drawing competition, or see how a model steam engine works – just a few of the many activities in the engine house.

The vintage trains run hourly between Græsted and Mårum, and between Græsted and Gilleleje. The trains of course are pulled by locomotives with faces.

Opening hours
10/09/2016 - 11/09/2016 Saturday, Sunday 10:30 - 15:00
