Bryrup Langsø
Bryrup Langsø is a rather long and relatively shallow lake. Most of the water in the lake comes from Nimdrup Bæk in the east and the water flows further from the lake via Kvindsø and Kulsø into Salten Å and further into the river Gudenå. The area around Bryrup Langsø, totaling 124 hectares, was preserved in 1985.
Bryrup Langsø were created during the last Ice Age, when meltwater dug large tunnel valleys, as it flowed towards the west.
There is a 3 km marked trail along the southern part of the lake - and if you feel like extending the trip by approx. 1.5 km. you can also walk around the beautiful Karlsø. From Grenen there is a beautiful view over the whole area.
There are lots of animals and interesting plants to see on the way.
