Rønne is not perceived as being a major town. On the contrary, the narrow streets offer many minor attractions. The well preserved houses in the old part of town are maintained with respect for their originality.

It is market day in the old town square every Wednesday and Saturday all year round. Rønne has one ceramic factory: the Hjorts rock works. It is always pleasant to visit the small res-taurants, charming pubs, tea rooms and cafés, each with their own tempting offers. Rønne’s green surroundings offer unique scenic experiences.

Danhostel Rønne is located right in the middle of nature – a stone’s throw from dunes and the beach. The hostel has been designed in a charming romantic style, offering several activities, both indoors and outdoors.
