The oldest parts of Egå church are the nave and the chancel, which are Romanesque. The tower and porch are later additions built in the Gothic style. The north door and several Romanesque windows have been bricked up, although traces are still visible.
 
The key can be borrowed at the church office next to the church on workdays from 9am to 1pm.
