It has a new bathroom with a shower; a large scullery with a washing machine and a tumbler dryer; an open, small kitchen with a dining area, a room with a double bunk in connection with the kitchen; two rooms, both with double beds, and a lovely living room. Adjacent to the living room there is a conservatory overlooking the cape of Fynshoved.

There are terraces on two sides of the house and a nice garden.

The house is a non smoking house but dogs are allowed. It is possible to rent it for just a weekend.
