Distances: 12.4 and 7.5 km. (Both distances are for girls / women and boys / men.)
 
there is also a 2.5 km route for children age 5-14 years.
 
The race routes are forest roads and beautiful trails as at 12.4 and 7.5 km. routes will take you around the Gribsø.
