Hey Sister
In co-operation with artist Stine Gade Christensen, the Women's Museum will open the exhibition 'Hey Sister' on 1st February. The exhibition will portray Trille and tell the story about the woman behind one of the most distinct Danish voices in the 1970s and 1980s.
 
Trille
Over the last couple of years, Trille has told her lifestory to Stine Gade Christensen. The stories will be supported and carried by collages made from private photos, objects and music from Trille's life, giving Trille's words an added dimension.
 
From childhood to adulthood
With Trille as our guide we will be led through her childhood in the 1940s and her youth in the 1950s. We hear about her divorce and about life as a single mother. About the years, where the music takes up more and more room and about her record 'Hej Søster' (Hey Sister) that in 1975 set the women's movement to words and music.
