"Kongenshus Kro & Hotel" is situated at the middle of the Jutlandic heath, which gives the place a cosy atmosphere. All the food in the restaurant is made from scratch. The vegetables and herbs are grown in the garden and the heath is cropped by the bigest sheep flock in Scandinavia. This is no only ecology but sustainability and common sense.
