Lake Little Økssee is situated approx 1 km south of Lake Large Økssee.

Littlee Økssee is a tiny lake, covering only ½ a hectar. The lake is remains of a much larger lake, that over the time has been overgrown. The lake has brownish, acid water, and characterised as a dystrophic type. It is surrounded by bog all around, making it very difficult to approach.
