Also in the livingroom is a double sofa bed. From the livingroom there is an exit to a lovely terrace, facing south and including garden furniture. The house is heated by the woodburning stove and electric heaters.

The house is suitable for winteruse as it is suitable for anglers as there is a fish-cleaning area and a large garden/terrace for the drying of the fishing-gear. Animals are not allowed. The house is a non-smoking house.
