Enthusiasm for the goats is quite tangible at Edward and Alida’s in Sondrup. Since 1998, they have lived on a farm in this hilly area, although it was not on the cards, at all, that the Dutch couple would end up as farmers in eastern Jutland.

Øko Ged og Grønt (Eco Goat and Vegetables) specialises in goat milk, which they make on the premises into a lovely and tasty goudastyled cheese flavoured with local herbs, nettles or Fenugreek. The goatmeat is also sold in various cuts.

It is possible to buy the produce at the farm itself. Here you´ll also find carrots, potatoes, onion and leech as well as pumpkins, sweetcorn and rucola salad.
