Olafur Eliasson ”Triangular Pavilion”
On the occasion of Olafur Eliasson’s work 'Triangular Pavilion', the installation of “Lava Floor” in the centre of the museum is presented for the first time in Denmark. The audience can walk on Icelandic lava which is spread out on the floor.
Olafur Eliasson’s work is about letting the work, the audience and the surroundings become a hole and focus on the experiences itself instead of the finished work in itself. Olafur Eliasson (f. 1967) has had exhibitions all over the world on different famous museums as MOMA i NY and Martin-Gropius-Bau in Berlin and much more.
