Pierre André
Sussi og Philippe Houdet realized their dream of opening a French-inspired Mediterranean restaurant in 1996. They named the restaurant after their sons and the dessert menu after their daughter Céline-Margaux. The restaurant quickly caught the attention of the highly-esteemed Guide Michelin and was subsequently awarded one star in 1997.
