Himmel & Hav is a place for those who like to enjoy life. Here you are close to nature and you have time for contemplation and rest. Himmel og Hav is an unpretentious place, where good food is all important. We strive for everythning good such as ecology, fairtade and "hygge".

We are a married couple in our prime age, who have been in the industry for many years, but now have decided to try standing on our own feet with this beauty situated near Kysing. 
Vi have know all along that the concept would be good food made out of quality produce, but still at an affordable price. Ecology and "homemade" is very important to us, and we hope that this is expressed in our cooking.
