"Back to Basic" - expresses a desire to return to our culinary roots, and to re-invent our fundamental food culture and other old traditions.

The inspiration for "Back to Basic" comes primarily from Danish cuisine, but also includes elements from the european kitchen, which makes eating in our restaurant an exciting experience.

We have a large variety of dishes on the regular menu, as well as a Menu of the Month, which is based on the best seasonal ingredients. There is also the possibility to choose a traditional Danish dish from Monday to Thursday.
