Restaurant Julian is a climate-friendly and primarily organic restaurant. Accordingly, the Copenhagen restaurant only buys fresh, locally grown, seasonal organic produce.

Most vegetables are free-range and bio-dynamic.

The wines are 99,5 percent organic. They are selected from Piemonte in Italy and imported by the house.
