Sanshin Sushi
Three Hearts Sushi 'Sanshin' means 'three hearts', which reflects the exact number of people behind the sushi counter, Piyasith Punin, his brother, and girl-friend. These three people have undertaken the interior design of this sushi bar, featuring gentle shades and hues, light wood and glass. You can sit by the huge windows, offering prime views of street life, or in the open kitchen where all precision-cuts are made. Dining space is limited, but you can manage to squeeze in. Many customers avail themselves of Sanshin's take-away service. Sushi Menu The menu features all the traditional favourites such as maki rolls, nigiri, and sashimi. In addition to these, Sanshin serves up excellent gourmet nigiris with foie gras or oysters, and delicious inside-out rolls sporting names such as 'Rainbow' or 'San Frankie'. Sanshin also has vegetarian and meat dishes on the menu, ensuring that all palates are catered for.
