See the skeleton of the wolf during Winter break

Wolf, © Mogens Trolle og Statens Naturhistoriske Museum

For the first time since 1813, there is documented presence of a wolf in Denmark. Now, the wolf is to be find at the Zoological Museum in Copenhagen, where it is skeletonized and preserved.
During Winter break, the skeleton of the wolf can be seen at the Zoological Museum.

The Danish wolf, a male of approx. 3 ½ years, appeared to originate from a pack of wolves in East Germany.

Now, the Zoological Museum has repaired the skeleton and mounted it, so you can see that it really was a wolf.
