Skarresø Church - Eastjutland
The church is from 1200-century. It is a late Roman brick building with later porch to the south and west tower.
Long wall in the orginal building has endelisener to top tied by a quarter around joints. At the choir's north side is there still a bevelled edge base, and a series of semicircular søglestave. You can also see the old kvindedør and the plug after a orig. Arched window.
The church got an extensive renovation in 1773, which, inter alia, got karnisgesims and be bored take. It was probably here tower and porch were added.Skarresø KirkeSkarresø is placed beside a lake. The church is a romanesque building with 2 wings.The baroque pulpit with the four evangelists is a beautiful wood carver work.
