Gilleleje Museum Ships Hall and fisherhouse

Fiskerhuset, from the 1820's, shows how a fisherman's family used to live in the mid 19th century. In Gilleleje Museum's Ship's Hall the history of the North Zealand fishermen is traced from the Middle Age up to the present day.

Using the fishing hamlets between Hundested and Elsinore as its point of departure, the everyday life of the fishing population is depicted, both on land and out fishing in the southern Kattegat.

Joint ticket with Gilleleje Museum in the Pyramiden and Nakkehoved Lighthouse Museum: DKK 40,-.
