Galleri V1 Gallery V1, a new vibrant addition to the experimental art scene, has taken up permanent residence in another White Meat City slaughterhouse. As a leading presenter of new, original, and provocative art from Denmark and abroad, V1 has become a key player on the Copenhagen underground art scene. V1's aim is to provide an unpretentious setting for viewing art, so it may come as no surprise that the gallery is also notorious for its cool opening parties. Besides, V1 is next-door-neighbour to two of Copenhagen's hippest bars: Karriere and Jolene. Never expect a dull moment at V1! Hans Alf Gallery, Flæsketorvet 85A One of the newest galleries in White Meat City. The gallery shows international art of high quality. All year round, Hans Alf Gallery changing exhibitions of the house artists, and it is also venue for interesting events. Hans Alf Gallery has a row of works in the portfolio from artists, who are indicators of what's going on on the international art scene. Among these are from England: Douglas Mcdougall, Alan Rankle, Frank Fischer, and Natasha Kissell, and from Denmark: Rene Holm, Maria Rubinke, Anders Moseholm og Frodo Mikkelsen. Moreover, the gallery co-operates with a number of good Danish artists.
