Nose2Tail - Burger & Steak

Animal welfare is paramount, and nothing goes to waste at Nose2Tail - Burger & Steak. Everything is made ​​from scratch and everything is recycled.

The ​​no-food-waste concept is inspired by the British Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall and Danish Søren Gericke. The idea is that everything from the animal to be used, valued and enjoyed - even the little hard bits.

The goal at Nose2Tail is to use as many organic and biodynamic products as possible - ideally from small and local producers. 

Organic burgers and more 

Just like Nose2Tail in the Meatpacking District, Nose2Tail - Burger & Steak serves meat from free-range animals as well as organic vegetables. The menu will be fairly fixed with the exception of seasonal produce.

The menu offers various kinds of burgers. For example, you can set your teeth into a classic burger, or you can choose the vegetarian one with fried mushrooms, pickles and salad. 

Central location

Nose2Tail - Burger & Steak is located in inner city, very close to Strøget. The restaurant seats up to 110 hungry guests inside, and when the sun is shining in Copenhagen there are 40 additional seats outside with a great view of the Church of the Holy Ghost.
