About the Ancient Road
15,000 years ago, Ice Age glaciers created the Jutland Ridge. 4,000 years ago, the trail along the ridge between Viborg in north Jutland and Hamburg in Germany was used by steer herdsmen, merchants, pilgrims and marching soldiers. VisitVejle and ranger Peer Høgsberg look forward to offering you an inspired experience beyond the ordinary.
