15 Michelin Stars to Copenhagen! The 2013 edition of the Michelin Guide Rouge has awarded a total of 15 stars to 13 Copenhagen restaurants; a record high and more than any other Scandinavian city. Newcomer to receive a Michelin star in Copenhagen is restaurant Kadeau, while the fully organic restaurant, Geranium, was awarded its 2nd Michelin giving the city two two-star restaurants.

The new 2012 edition of the Michelin Guide has awarded Copenhagen restaurants a total of 14 stars reaffirming Copenhagen’s position as the culinary frontrunner and ‘hot-spot’ food destination of Europe.
