The series highlights interesting aspects of Danish cuisine, gastronomy and culture through innovative cooking and rich imagery. One of Denmark’s best known food personalities, chef and culinary entrepreneur Claus Meyer is one of the pioneers of New Nordic cuisine. Claus Meyer is also author of a series of cookbooks, lecturer and professor of food science at the Royal Veterinary and Agricultural University, television cooking-show host, and owner of two Michelin star restaurant Noma in Copenhagen.
