July 1st saw the opening to Copenhagen’s first theme hotel, the Tivoli Hotel - located right around the corner from the Tivoli Gardens; Copenhagen's world famous amusement park and a popular meeting & conference venue in itself.
In partnership with architect Kim Utzon, son of past Danish architect Jørn Utzon who designed the Sydney Opera, the Copenhagen-based Arp-Hansen Hotel Group has completed and inaugurated the construction of the brand new 4-star Tivoli Hotel which has a capacity of 402 rooms and sweeping views of the Danish capital.
The Tivoli Hotel offers state-of-the-art meeting and conference facilities topped with a thematic reference to Tivoli Gardens, and its ambience and range of amenities can therefore be enjoyed by business travellers and families alike. Moreover, Tivoli Hotel is part of the future Tivoli Congress Center, which is scheduled to open in October 2010 with a guest capacity of 4000.
From 1st July until 31st September 2010, Tivoli Hotel has an OPENING OFFER with prices starting at DKK 790 for a single room, including breakfast and entrance tickets to Tivoli Gardens.
