The organisation, "Dansk Bed & Breakfast", publish a brochure with details of around 300 homes, all of which have been inspected and categorised. Prices start from around Dkk 300 for a twin room. Generally, you see the sign, stop, sound the bell, and rent the room. This is probably the reason why private rooms are mostly let to touring tourists, who want accommodation for one night only.
